A full bodied and balanced wine that is ready to drink now – this wine punches way above its weight at its price point and offers great value. When drinking this wine, the ripe black fruits and spice really shine through while its medium tannins and rounded finish make it super approachable. Tasting Notes:
Black cherry and raspberry aromas form the bright red fruit profile on this classic Cabernet. Smooth and silky in texture, refined powdery tannins provide an excellent framework for the fleshy ripe mid palate. Hints of nutmeg and espresso bean add to the complexity of flavors on the palate. The finish is decidedly long and persistent.
A well-rounded Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has strong peach and mango notes with a medium body. It coats the mouth very naturally before bursting into fruit flavors, and has a long finish. Great to pair with Chinese food or an assortment of cheeses.
Tasting Notes:
Vibrantly aromatic this wine jumps from the glass with ripe peach and tropical fruit as a theme. Rich and concentrated on the palate the fruit returns and is framed by a wonderful mouth coating texture with tremendous depth. The flavors linger and just won’t leave, finishing long, ripe and very rewarding.
This medium-bodied Syrah is bursting with dark fruit flavors such as black cherry and blueberry. The Syrah was made from grapes from two different areas including a cooler district that gives this wine great harmony. It is a great wine to pair with heavy meat dishes such as roasted pork belly.
Tasting Notes:
Varietal aromas of black cherry, blueberry, anise and black tea are lifted by barrel aging on lees in a 60/40 blend of American and French oak barrels. A touch of floral Viognier and white pepper on the palate, with baking spice on the finish.
